YOUR VOICE
Give a new script a familiar sound. Raven VO’s Your Voice section uses a recording of you as a reference for generated speech.
Raven VO is currently powered by Ming 0.5B. Ming supports zero-shot voice cloning: it uses a reference recording and the words spoken in that recording to guide a new read. You do not train a separate model for your voice.
Custom Voice describes a voice with text. Your Voice uses a recording of your actual voice. Neither guarantees an exact match, and pronunciation and delivery can vary.
Prepare a clear recording of only you speaking naturally in a quiet room. Avoid music, background voices, clipping, and heavy effects. Record or import your sample in Your Voice.
Prepare an accurate transcript of exactly what you said in that recording. This reference transcript is separate from the new script you want the app to speak.
Select the script’s language and use your reference voice to generate a new take. Start with a short passage so you can check the result.
Review the full take for pronunciation, missing words, meaning, and likeness before exporting a WAV. Keep your reference recording private and share it deliberately.
How the model works: Ming voice cloning documentation. The website does not record or upload your voice.
VOICE OWNERSHIP & RESPONSIBILITY
Use Raven VO’s voice-cloning feature only to clone your own voice. Use a recording you have the right to use. A clip being publicly available, or being in your possession, does not give you permission to clone its speaker.
Cloning or using another person’s voice without authorization may violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights and applicable laws. Rules vary by jurisdiction and use. Even your own voice may be subject to recording licenses, employment agreements, or other contracts.
Do not use generated speech to impersonate others, defraud, harass, fabricate evidence, bypass voice authentication, or create a false endorsement. Make clear that speech is AI-generated when listeners could otherwise be misled, and follow applicable disclosure requirements and platform rules.
You are responsible for your input recordings, scripts, generated audio, required permissions, and how you use or distribute the results. Raven VO does not grant rights to anyone’s identity or guarantee that a particular use is lawful. This guidance is general information, not legal advice, and does not limit rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
